Roosevelt Elementary School in Park Ridge again honored those who have served in the United States military by inviting local veterans to share personal stories of their service to the country. Over 30 veterans visited classrooms to talk to children, answer questions and share mementos from their military service throughout the day.

"Grey Gardens," the musical that ran 307 performance on Broadway in 2006 and 2007, is now on stage at Northlight in Skokie.
